1. Purpose and Services 

My psychology practice offers professional guidance and support in mental health. The aim is to reduce psychological complaints or to learn to tolerate them better. As a registered professional under the ''Wet BIG'', I operate within its framework. 

2. Treatment Agreement 

Mental Bloom Psychology offers a treatment plan that meets professional standards and is based on our consultation. An agreement is only concluded if: 

- You voluntarily indicate that you want to agree to my terms and conditions. 

- Mental Bloom believes your request can be fulfilled based on the available services. You will be immediately informed if conditions 1 and 2 cannot be met. Mental Bloom is not liable for reimbursement of costs or damages resulting from the inability to participate. Any changes to the treatment plan will be discussed as soon as possible. 

3. Appointments and Cancellations 

Appointments should be made and canceled in a timely manner according to our practice's applicable policy. In the event of unforeseen hindrance, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur charges. 

4. Confidentiality and Privacy 

All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential. For more information, I kindly refer you to the privacy statement. 

5. Rates and Payment 

The rates for our services are communicated. Payments should be made according to the agreed terms. In case of any payment issues, we ask you to contact us. 

6. Liability 

We strive to work according to the highest professional standards in treatment. Nevertheless, we do not accept liability for any potential damages, direct or indirect, resulting from undergoing treatment. 

7. Changes and Cancellation of Services 

My practice can change the treatments, rates, and general terms and conditions at any time during the treatment. Any cancellation of services will be communicated promptly.
